How I Can Help?
Support for the relationships that shape your life, with yourself and with others.
Sessions available in English and Spanish.
Anxiety & Depression
Anxiety and depression are distinct experiences that don't always occur together, though they often overlap. Anxiety tends to show up as persistent worry, racing thoughts, or a sense of unease, while depression often brings low energy, sadness, or a loss of interest in things that once felt meaningful. Either can show up on its own, and understanding how they're affecting you is the first step toward relief. Together, we'll work to ease the weight you're carrying and help you feel more like yourself again.
Trauma
Trauma isn't defined by the event itself, but by how it affects you, emotionally, mentally, and even physically. It can stem from a single overwhelming experience or from prolonged stress over time, and it shows up differently for everyone. Understanding your own response is often the first step toward healing. In our work together, we'll move at a pace that feels safe, building the resilience and tools you need to process the past and move forward.
Couples & Relationship Counseling
Couples counseling is grounded in understanding the patterns that shape how you and your partner connect, especially where you feel stuck, hurt, or distanced from each other. Together, we'll work to build new, healthier ways of relating, so connection comes more easily.
This work extends beyond romantic partnerships. Many of us carry relational patterns that make it hard to connect closely with others, or that leave us feeling overly enmeshed in the relationships we do have. Together, we'll identify these patterns and build sustainable connections with partners, family, or friends.
