Hello! Welcome to my site. I am glad you're here. This section tells you more about who I am.
I came to counseling because I believe people are meant to heal and grow in relationship, and I wanted to be part of that process. My own experiences with grief, relational dynamics, and living between two cultures have shaped how I understand this work, alongside a deep respect for each person's spiritual and personal journey.
As a bilingual therapist, I offer sessions in both English and Spanish, and bring a culturally sensitive lens to clients from diverse backgrounds, understanding how identity, family, and tradition shape the way we experience the world.
I work with adults, young adults, and couples facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relational difficulties, and struggles with self-esteem, purpose, and identity.
Faith is a meaningful part of many people's healing journey, and I welcome clients who want to integrate their faith into our work together, just as I welcome those who don't. Wherever you are in your spiritual journey, you'll find a space here that respects and honors it.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, holding an M.A. in Counseling from Concordia University (Irvine, CA), a B.A. in Psychology from Evangel University, and a Life Coaching Certification from the Life Purpose Coaching Institute.
My training includes EMDR, Spanish-language counseling, art therapy, and group facilitation focused on shame, boundaries, and relationships.
Outside of the therapy room, I'm a wife and mother of four. I love to spend time with family and friends, and being outdoors, whether I'm traveling somewhere new or just enjoying nature close to home.
