Healing Begins in Relationship

You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.

Therapy for adults and couples navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and life's transitions.

Together, we'll create space to understand your story, strengthen your relationships, and move toward change.

People are meant to heal and grow in relationship.

Therapy offers a space where you feel safe enough to be seen, understood and supported, a place to explore your story, understand what's keeping you stuck, and move toward growth.

A Personalized Approach

Sometimes we become stuck in patterns we can't navigate alone. I believe we're made to grow, but growth isn't always linear. Therapy is a collaborative process of understanding those patterns, processing what lies beneath them, and moving toward meaningful change.

My approach is integrative and tailored to you. Drawing from psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, Emotion-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches, I adapt each session to your unique goals and needs.

Therapy is Like Physical Training

I often compare therapy to physical training. Exercise requires effort, consistency, and moments of discomfort, but we continue because we trust that growth is happening.

Therapy works much the same way. While the work can be challenging, it also can create space for greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, emotional resilience, and change.
